The name on the link is only one layer
A spreadsheet row may contain a community label, a link formatted for a particular service, a preview page, and an original marketplace URL. Those layers are easy to confuse because they can all appear during the same browsing session.
The name at the top tells you how the link was shared. It does not confirm who made the original listing, who took the photos, or whether the item is still available.
Read the destination before trusting the row
Links labeled CNFans, ACBuy, Mulebuy, Kakobuy, Oopbuy, or AllChinaBuy may open through different services, but the review is the same: identify the destination, find the original item when possible, and compare it with the spreadsheet row.
- Shared spreadsheet
- The name may simply describe the list or the community that passed it around.
- Formatted link
- The URL may be prepared to open inside a particular service while still referring to a product elsewhere.
- Catalog page
- A Yupoo album may provide photos or a product code without a live price, stock status, or complete buying route.
- Marketplace source
- Taobao, Weidian, or 1688 is often where you can check the current item, variation, and seller information.
If the name is unfamiliar, pause before assigning it a role
An unfamiliar name might belong to a purchasing service, a forwarding company, a link tool, a directory, a spreadsheet publisher, or something unrelated. Open its current official page before assuming what it does.
Do not send account details, order numbers, payment information, or tracking questions to a site just because its name appears beside a product link. Use the service that actually holds the relevant account or transaction.
Ignore spelling differences and check the same facts
Joined and spaced names often refer to the same service. The spelling does not change the questions that matter: where the link leads, whether the item matches, which option is selected, and when the page was last checked.
“Link” and “Yupoo” point to different tasks
A service-formatted link may wrap another destination. Save the original Taobao, Weidian, or 1688 address when it is visible so you can return to the source if the wrapper changes.
A Yupoo page is usually more useful for photos and product codes than for confirming price or stock. Write down what the album shows, then note the details you still need from a live product page.
When the live page no longer matches
A working link can still be stale. If it opens a store homepage, a different product, an unavailable option, or a page with changed photos, mark the row as changed rather than forcing the old notes to fit.
If you cannot recover the original item with confidence, remove the row for now. A familiar service name is not enough reason to keep it.
Use one four-step check for every label
- Identify the label. Is it naming a spreadsheet, a service route, a converted link, a catalog, or something unclear?
- Find the source. Look for the original Taobao, Weidian, 1688, or other current product destination.
- Match the row. Confirm the product, variation, images, price context, measurements, and availability shown now.
- Use the responsible channel. Direct login, payment, order, warehouse, tracking, refund, and shipping questions to the service that holds the relevant record.
A note you can use later
“Formatted link; original Weidian page found; black option matches; size chart missing; checked July 30.” This is short, factual, and easy to verify again.
